Qualifications:
- 2 Years Experience Running an Underground crew
- 2 Years Experience Running operating an HDD Machine
- 2 Years Experience Using an HDD Locator System
- 1 Year Experience reading Blueprints/Maps

Requirements:
- Experience as a Cable Splicer or in a similar role, demenstrating strong technical knowledge and skill in cable splicing and repair.
- Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for cable splicing, and staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly idenitfy and troubleshoot cable- related issues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities/ Sills:
- Perform cable splicing and repair work on coax cables, ensuring high-quality and reliable connections.
- Coduct though inpections to identify cables faults, damages, or potential issues, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to safety and accurately splice cables, following industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop effective cable splicing plans and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including splicing reports, test results, and any relevant documentation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and the team.

Requirements
-Authenticate start to finish service provisioning for the cable network
-Check accurate cable terminations on cross connect, patch panels, hubs, and routers
-Comprehend construction prints and splice schematics
- Perform cable construction, maintenance, repair, and troubleshoot to address signal issues
-Knowledge in all types of splicing activity, cable, and safety equipment while using various types of cable construction equipment.
-Locate and repair cable faults to sustain existing cable network without causing signal disruptions
-Must be able to maintain and ensure company safety procedures are followed
-Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
-exposure to all outside seasonal elements
-experience in outside laborer
-able to carry at least 50lbs
